I would like to rate the service in this review given by the Portage team.
I would like to thank Caleb, for his amazing service and fast response time. Only a bit more communication would be appreciated.
Also despite having a few unpredictable engine issues with the car’s engine , Craig, Caleb & Mr Hadley resolved the issue quite fast and got it back on the road in no time. However it was a bit funny that the courtesy car broke down the next day as well.
Also enjoyed getting a lovely grooming. The only thing is that l did not like one of the Sales men telling me ” l have issue’s with my personal life and that really crossed a professional border line in client customer relations. In sales and service l always believe in having a good laugh with customers but criticise customers for their social or maritial status. Had no interaction during purchase or service however callers eticate was extremely ride example l asked who’s calling, the portage sales consultant responses Guess who, sometimes a little more formality and customer communications is needed.
Overall l’m enjoying the new purchase. Would recommend portage or to purchase a car with Sales reps like Saga or Logan who above and beyond. 6 stars to them.
Just stay away from certain reps bit there also good in their own way hence 4 stars in this review.
